Peppercorn Porterhouse steak

Ingredients: 

Lea & Pepperin peppercorn marinade for 1/2hr in fridge
Salt
Pepper
Adobo

Let marinate for 1/2hr in fridge
Let stand at room tempt for an hour
Heat non stick pan with olive oil and crushed garlic
Cook on non stick pan on med between 5-6
For 8mins on each side
Done
