Peppermint delight

Ingredients: 

Layer 1
2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 cup melted butter

Layer 2
1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 slightly beaten eggs or egg substitute
3 squares unsweetened chocolate melted

Layer 3
8 ounce package of mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip or dream whip

Layer 4
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy


Mix vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of pan.
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add eggs and unsweetened chocolate blend thoroughly. Pour over the crust.
Fold together marshmallows and whip cream. Smooth on top of chocolate layer.
Top with crushed Candy.
Cover and freeze several hours or overnight.
