Ingredients: 

FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:
1 cup Warm Water (about 115ºF)
1 package (1/4 Oz. Size Or 2 1/4 Teaspoons) Quick Rise Yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
12-1/2 ounces, weight Bread Flour (about 2 1/2 Cups)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoons Salt
FOR THE PEPPERONI BREAD:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 pound Thick-sliced Pepperoni, Cut Into Triangles
3 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Pizza Sauce, For Serving (optional)
