Pineapple Custard Tarts

This recipe was in a Sunday School book many years ago and it was so good I saved it.

Ingredients: 

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Tart Shells


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into tart shells.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
