Crushed ice of small ice cubes
Frozen berries / strawberries or other mixed fruit
Cut fruit – bananas, melons, apples, pears, mangoes
Honey
Poi
Peanut butter (organic, non-hydrogenated is best)
Lowfat / skim milk or soymilk (try vanilla or chocolate)
Blender
