pork tenderloin teriyaki marinade

The longer your marinade the better it gets

Serves 6. 133 cal 5g fat,0.1g dietary fiber

Ingredients: 

2 tablespoons sodium-reduced soya sauce
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger root
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons minced garlic or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
2-9 oz.pork tenderloins.


DIRECTIONS: combine soya sauce,vinegar,vegetable oil,ginger,sugar and garlic. Place pork in a plastic bag and add tenderloin. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place pork on a greased grill over medium heat for 18-25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers 170F. While cooking turn occasionally and brush with some reserved marinade during the last 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and tent for 5 minutes to allow juices to distribute in the meat

.Slice on a diagonal into slices
