Potato Casserole

Ingredients: 

1 bag frozen hashbrown potatoes
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 small onion


Directions

  1. Chop onion
  2. Melt butter
  3. Spray a 13x9 baking dish
  4. Add all ingredients together and mix
  5. Cook in oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Servings: A lot of people

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
