150g wild mushrooms, sliced
4 teaspoons of chives
150ml double cream
2-4cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper
Par boil sliced potatoes for ~5-10 mins
Grease a dish.
Layer potato, mushroom, bacon, chives and garlic alternatively, finishing with a layer of potato.
Pour the double cream over the top.
Bake for 45 mins on gas mark 5.
Finish with sprinkling remaining chives on top of the dish when out of the oven.
