Prawn Pate & Garlic Toast

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cup - chicken stock
1 tbsp - gelatin
375g - cream cheese (room temperature)
800g - cooked prawns (peeled & deveined)
2 cloves - garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp - chives (finely chopped)
1 tbsp - dill (finely chopped)

= Garlic Toast =
1 (16-ounce) loaf of Italian bread or French bread
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 large cloves of garlic, smashed and minced
1 heaping tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley
