12 prawns No4 (peeled)

1 medium onion (sliced)

2 cloves of garlic

50 g extra virgin olive oil

100 g ouzo

350 g fresh tomato sauce

1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

100 g feta cheese (crumbed)

salt

ground black pepper
