Ingredients: 

2 racks baby back ribs (about 1.5-2lbs each)

Rub
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1.5 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1.5 cups ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil (our bacon oil is fabulous here)
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
