Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon (10 g or 1 1/2 sachets) dried yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
4 1/4 cups (635 g) bread flour or all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons (40 g) softened butter
1/4 cup (50 g) baking soda
1 egg yolk, for brushing
Rock salt, for scattering
