1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 8 ounce ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
8 large basil leaves
1 6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
8 thin slices prosciutto (3 ounces)
1 lemon, zested
Freshly ground black pepper
