½ cup protein powder
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
½ tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sliced almonds
Splash of milk to mix ingredients(I used soy milk)
6 pieces of dark chocy (this is real screwgie of me) and a splash of water
