What you will need: A large pot, a baking tray, 2 large bowl, a sieve, a cookie sheet.
For the Honeycomb:
2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
100g / ½ Cup Sugar
1½ Teaspoons Baking/Bicarbonate Soda
For the Pumpkin Cookies:
250g / 2 Cups Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking/Bicarbonate Soda
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ Teaspoon Salt
180g / 1½ Cups Rolled Oats
200g / 1 Cup Butter
60g / ¼ Cup Molasses Sugar
165g / ¾ Cup Light Brown Caster Sugar
110g / ½ Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Egg Yolk
150g / ¾ Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
100g / 1 Cup Raisins
