Pumpkin Pie Biscotti

Ingredients: 

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla paste (1 tablespoon vanilla extract will work fine)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/4 cup nuts, coarsely chopped (I used pecans)
