⅔ cup warm water
⅓ cup brewed coffee, hot or warm
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix!)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup raw quinoa
¼ cup raw pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
