2 tortillas
1 cup shredded or cubed cooked chicken (about 1 boneless breast)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 ounces sour cream
2 ounces salsa
guacamole and jalapeños if desired

  1. Cook (or reheat) chicken in skillet. (I cook in italian salad dressing)
  2. Place tortillas in skillet (open with backs touching) and top one half with cheese, chicken, jalpenos if desired and again cheese; fold over. 
  3. Cook over medium heat until done - fliping halfway through.
  4. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
