Monteray jack cheese( i bought taco cheese and mexican cheese which has two or three cheeses mixed)
Tortillas...large ones
Black beans- i used GOYAS baked beans with jalepenos(fiesta style)
2 tomatoes
Sweet corn
Half an onion finely chopped
I added some bottled salsa
Also
Taco sauce
Put a cube of butter on pan
Layer the tortilla with cheese first
Then the mix of ingrediants
Cheese again
The cheese is what helps bind the tortillas together
Use a plate to flip the tortilla over.
Serve with SOUR CREAM.
