Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients: 

10" pie crust brushed with egg whites to seal
1 c. Ham chopped
1/2 onion (chopped & sautéed)
1 small can sliced mushroom sautéed
6 small balls of cooked spinach
1 package of Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 clove garlic

CUSTARD
2 c. Coffee creamer
4 whole eggs
Dash nutmeg


Sprinkle ham in pastry
Add sautéed onion &mushrooms

Place spinach around the edge about 1 tablespoon each
1 package swiss cheese sprinkle over mushrooms

Make custard of 2 cup coffee creamer & 4 whole eggs beat well.

Add dash of nutmeg, salt & pepper, 1/2 clove garlic smashed

Pour over ingredients & bake at 450 for 12 minutes to set pastry

Reduce oven to 300 & cook 35-50 minutes until custard is set

Wait about 10 minutes to slice & serve hot
