1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add and mix well to above:
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
In a separate bowl, combine and sift:
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
In a separate bowl, combine:
1 c oatmeal, old fashioned
1 c coconut
1 c. Rice Krispies
Mix and add to the above ingredients. Roll into balls and mash with a fork on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
