5 egg yolks
90ml lemon juice
Zest from 2 lemons
100g butter, cubed
200g white sugar
1 pinch salt
45g milk powder
30g all-purpose flour
30g cornstarch
10g white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
70g butter, melted
15g milk powder
70g white chocolate, melted and cooled
