Red velvet cake

Ingredients: 

3 3/4 ap flour
3 tbs cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
12 tbs room temp unsalted butter
2 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs room temp
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbs red food coloring
1 1/2 cups buttermilk


Preheat oven to 350*. Grease pan.
Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.
Cream together butter, sugar and oil until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, vinegar and food coloring.
Add in flour mixture in 3 batches alternating with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Spoon into 13x9 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
