Red Velvet - Cream cheese filling

Ingredients: 

* 4 oz cream cheese, cold, cut into cubes
* ¼ stick of unsalted butter, softened
* 1½ cups of powdered sugar, sifted
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
* pinch of salt
* 1-3 teaspoons of whole milk (optional depending on consistency desired)
