Ingredients: 

Reshmi kebbab
2 lb boneless chicken thighs cut into large bite size pieces
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2tbs ginger paste
2 tbs garlic paste
2 tbs ground mint
2 tbs ground cilantro
Salt
1 Green chili seeded and crushed.


Soak the chicken in the marinade overnight. Place in the fridge. Remove from fridge 1 hour before cooking.
Broil 5 to 7 min or cook in pan 12 minutes medium flame. Once cooked, turn off heat, remove pan, cover and rest for 5 min. Serves 4.
