1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cup ram rhubarb (sliced 1/2 inch)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Prehaet oven at 350 degrees. Grease 13" X 9" pan.
Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and sour cream. Mix in rhubarb.
Pour into oven safe pan. Topping- 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnimon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Sprinkle over cake.
