Rhubarb Slush

Notes: 

Serve with 7-Up or Ginger Ale

Ingredients: 

2 qt cut rhubarb
2 qt water
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 cups sugar
1 three oz pkg of strawberry jello


  1. Boil together (water, rhubarb, water, lemon juice, and sugar) 15-20 minutes
  2. Strain
  3. When white hot, add jello
  4. Put in freezer, stir every hour while freezing
