12 oz rigatoni
6 TBS olive oil
2 10 oz pkgs frozen artichokes, thawed & blotted dry
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup packed torn mint leaves
grated pecorino romano cheese
