Notes: 

Italian seasoning can be substituted for the Italian Seasoning Mix
This can be made up to a day in advance. It will thicken slightly when chilled. Thin with 1-2 tsp water if desired.

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup roasted red pepper, drained & patted dry
1 lemon
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayo
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning mix
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
