Ortega Chiles – chopped
Green Enchilada Sauce
Monterey Jack Cheese
Small Flour Tortillas
Pull chicken off bone and season with Mexican style seasoning, set aside. Place flour tortillas in a large greased baking dish. Add chicken, onions, chiles and cheese to each tortilla and roll. Top with enchilada sauce and more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with Spanish rice and beans.
