2 Knoblauchzehen
2-3 Bund Rucola (je nach Größe)
3 EL Butter
400 g italienischer Risottoreis
1 l Fleischbrühe
1 Tomate
100 g roh geräucherter Schinken (edel: Parma oder San Daniele)
50 g frisch geriebener Pecorino
1 EL Mascarpone (oder Crème fraîche oder einfach weglassen)
Salz
Muskatnuss
