Ruth's Chris Jumbo Chop Salad recipe

Ingredients: 

Lemon Basil Dressing:
1 Cup sour cream (or use half cup sour cream and half cup mayonnaise)
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1/8 Cup chopped fresh basil

Chop Salad:
4 Cups chopped iceberg lettuce.
1/2 Cup packed julienned strips radicchio
1/2 Cup julienned strips fresh spinach
1/4 Cup chopped green olives
1/6 Cup chopped or very thinly sliced red onions
1/2 package (6 oz. size) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 can (14 oz. size) chilled hearts of palm, well drained, rinsed and sliced
1/2 Cub crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 pound bacon, chopped, fried until crisp and drained
1/4 Cup plain croutons
cherry tomatoes, halved
crispy fried onions (optional)

seasoned salt to taste
garlic pepper to taste
