Salmon, smoke or poached or broiled
Scallions or chives or diced onions
Eggs
Place frying pan over medium heat. Add some butter or oil. If using onions, start those in the frying pan, stirring occassionally.
When onions are clear, after maybe 5 - 8 minutes, add potatoes and salmon. Cook till a bit warm.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs. Then, pour over potatoes, salmon and onions. Cook until desired doneness.
