4 tomatoes seeded
1 medium vadaila onion
1 serano or chilli pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 tbd of white vinegar
Cut tomatoes in half and toss in food processor
Cut 1/2 onion up into chunks
Seed and devein serano pepper
Cut garlic cloves in half
Add chopped cilantro
Add spices and vinegar
Turn the food processor onto pulse and keep chopping until the salsa reached a nice smooth consistancy.
add water if needed to reach desired consistancey.
TIP: chop remaining 1/2 onion into small chunks ad stir into the salsa for extra chunky salsa.
let chip in refrigerator for at least an hour for best flavor.
