2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large egg yolks
1 whole large egg
TOPPING:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
24 pecan halves, lightly toasted
Flaky sea salt for finishing (I used my favorite Maldon.)
