Ingredients: 

500 gram almonds (~18 oz)
7 dl sifted powdered sugar (~23 oz)
7 egg-whites
1/2 dl sugar (~5 oz)
1/2 dl water (~5 oz)
7 egg-yolks
350 g (3 sticks) soft butter (room temperature)
4 tablespoons sifted cocoa powder
340 g (~14 oz) semisweet Giardelli chocolate chips
6 tablespoons olive oil
