1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
½ red chilli, to taste and deseeded
1 teaspoon kecap manis*
2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (can skip if you used crunchy peanut butter)

1 tablespoon tightly packed mint leaves
