1 1/2 tsp basil or about 15-20 fresh basil leaves chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp, finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup grated Gruyere or Asiago cheese
1 medium zucchini, washed, dried and sliced
3 small roma tomatoes, washed, dried and sliced
