Zutaten für 20 bis 25 kleine Quadrate:
100 g geschälte, gemahlene Mandeln
100 g Puderzucker
6 Tropfen Bittermandelöl (Kerstin: Aroma)
etwas Wasser und evtl. etwas Amaretto
200 g Zartbitter-Kuvertüre
evtl. ca. 50 weiße Kuvertüre zum Verzieren
