1 x 350g pkt firm tofu
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp canola oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp finely chopped fresh red chilli
1 bunch gai larn, trimmed, washed, dried
1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, washed, dried
750ml (3 cups) vegetable stock
750ml (3 cups) water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs kecap manis
