6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
10 oz. frozen peas, uncooked
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups grated cheese(swiss,cheddar or colby)
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions including tops
Cover with clear wrap or foil and refrigerate. When rady to serve, add onions and mix very well.
Can be make the night before or same day. If made the same day as serving, put on onions when you make it and mix when ready to serve. Serves 12
