Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients: 

8 c peeled, cubed potatoes
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 3/4 c ground round
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 c beef broth
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 c frozen peas
2 T sour cream or cream cheese
1 large egg yolk
1/2 c cream
1 t paprika
2 T chopped parsley
