Shishito Peppers

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp canola oil
16-20 shishito chile peppers
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
honey
kosher salt


  1. Heat canola oils and add peppers. cook about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat.  Add soy sauce and sesame oil.  toss to coat.  Drizzle with honey and sprinkle salt.
