3 cups cooked white rice (preferably kept overnight)
16 medium sized cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimps
½ package (5oz/140g) broccoli slaw
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon pepper
Salt and pepper
