Shrimp Spring Rolls

Ingredients: 

Spring Roll

Cooked large shrimps, peeled, deveined, and tails removed (1-2 shrimps for each roll)
Cooked Chinese thin noodle
Chopped fresh parsley
Chopped green onions
Bean sprouts
Rice paper sheets

Dipping Sauce

1½ tbsp rice vinegar
1½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Briefly immerse rice paper sheet in a bowl of water until soft
  2. Lay rice paper on a paper towel to dry
  3. Place 1-2 shrimp, and a bit of each ingredient on the rice paper before wrapping up
  4. Place in the refrigerator for an hour before serving
  5. Serve with dipping sauce
