6 cups spinach, rinsed, stems removed and torn into pieces
6 ounces Swiss cheese cubed
6 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
2 cups seedless grapes cut into half
8 strips of crisp bacon
and sunflower seeds
Dressing
1/4 vinegar cider
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
8 slices of bacon, fried crisp
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
(I usually double dressing recipe)
For dressing - Wisk together vegetable oil, mustard, brown sugar, stirring in the bacon and green onion. Refrigerate
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve right away
