Simplest Summer Berry Smoothie

Ingredients: 

Serves 4

##4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled if fresh), blueberries, and/or raspberries
##2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
##½ cup 2% milk
##¼ cup honey or agave nectar
##1 teaspoon vanilla extract
##Pinch of salt


Step 1.

Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 2.

Divide among four glasses.

Tip: Add ⅛ teaspoon of ground cinnamon for a touch of spice.
