½ pound whole wheat fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 garlic cloves, finely minced
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ cups chicken stock
1 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen “steam in bag” broccoli florets
