Slow cooker curry chicken

Ingredients: 

3 chicken breasts
1 jar (16 oz.) mild salsa
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen peas


Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine next 3 ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
Shred chicken in crock pot with forks. Add coconut milk and peas. Cook for 1/2 hour.
