375g Italian sausage meat (without casings)
1 small onion, finely diced
½ teaspoon minced garlic
4 cups chicken broth
1.5lbs potatoes (I used Baby Boomers from The Little Potato Company, quartered)
2 cups chopped kale
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup all purpose flour
2 cups 1% milk
